Dan, we wanted to take a moment to thank you for our new home. When we bought the land in 2006-7 we had no idea who would build the house. All we had was a picture of a house with a screened porch. Somehow we got introduced to you and you came up with our dream. Since then we have come to really appreciate your talent and ability. Debbie and I are pretty good when it comes to recognizing people and their integrity, and you are the real deal and we value our relationship. Having some experience in industrial construction, I was impressed in the simple manner you tackled things as they came up that baffled me. I would be remiss if I didn’t comment on your subs. Without exception they were professional, courteous, and honest. They were very helpful with suggestions based on their experience and they all were extremely friendly. You have a really great team. Anyway, we just wanted to say thanks again for a great job. We love our home and would do it again. If any clients wish to visit our home, feel free to do so. Remodeling is not easy and Dan made everything go so smoothly. He brought innovative ideas to give the house exactly the feeling we wanted.

In 1987 Dan Elliott built our lovely home. We love the detail in construction and timelessness of his designs. We thought about moving after being in the house for 20 years but loved the house and the location. We contacted Dan about a remodel of the home we loved in order to bring the interior up to date. WOW, you should see it now. Remodeling is not easy and Dan made everything go so smoothly. He brought innovative ideas to give the house exactly the feeling we wanted. The same subs who built the house originally did our remodel. It was so nice knowing all the guys they all feel like family.

The one thing we were most pleased with was his availability to consult with us whenever we needed him. Dan’s genuine concern and great spirit was a deal sealer with us!

Dan Elliott lives up to the great reputation he has earned as an exemplary builder. His vision of our old house (which we had demolished) to the new home of our dreams was so in tune with us that we were often amazed. We used his years of experience and expertise to help guide us through this project with as much care and attention as possible. Dan’s work crews have been with him for a long time and it was obvious to us that they all admire and respect him, which says a lot in itself. He was always respectful of our wishes and needs, but the one thing we were most pleased with was his availability to consult with us whenever we needed him. You have the best people to work with also and please know how appreciative we are for each of them. Never having had the experience of building a home before, it was reassuring to sense that from the framers, painters, carpenters, and each person we spoke to in making selections on appliances, cabinets, fixtures, lighting, concrete, landscape, and more they all took special pride in their work and in making our home unique. Everyone was so kind and professional and we feel as though we were around good friends. So often we have heard people talk of the “nightmares” they had when building a home – we can honestly say that we will never be able to says that! While it is wonderful to be moved in it is a little bittersweet. We enjoyed the whole process and now that it is over it is a little sad. If we are fortunate enough to be able to build again we know who to turn to. Your relaxed confidence, awareness of all pricing, attention to detail and unique ability to make ours seem like the only house you were building all added up to wonderful memories. Our best to you and all your future projects, perhaps we will again be one of them!
